Evangeline "Vangie" Canonizado Buell, @FANHS_national President Emerita, spoke @FilipinaWomen's Network - 25 June 2021

"Buffalo soldiers didn't shoot Filipinos," said Vangie, while describing her grandfather's experiences as a Buffalo soldier in the Philippine-American War. She told moving stories about her grandfather who stayed in the Philippines and married her Filipina grandmother.
